Getting Comfortable with Change

We all have habits we have developed during our lifetime. Some habits are positive ones and others are negative ones. Identifying your habits, and realising whether they are positive or negative habits is crucial. 

Positive habits are the ones we want to keep, because they can help us achieve our goals. 

Negative habits are the ones we need to get rid of, because they will often sabotage our goals.

Eliminating habits is easier said then done - I know - but nevertheless, we need to learn to do it.

Habits are not just behaviour, habits are also affected by our beliefs.

Positive beliefs will turn into positive habits and limiting beliefs become negative habits, which often result in self-sabotage.
