To get the most out of your riding, you have to trust your own instincts. You do this by listening to what feels right and what feels wrong. These days, we get bombarded with information via social media, blogs and newsletters, as well as clinics, demonstrations and online videos. There are many training philosophies on offer and programs that promote one ‘system’ over another... 

We risk being ridiculed when we voice a certain opinion and, therefore, we seek safety in numbers. If we can find a group that shares our views, we feel accepted and with that comes a comforting feeling of belonging.

This is where tribes are formed - like-minded groups of people following the same path. We all have a need to belong, a need to be accepted, as this gives us a sense of security and safety
